BADGE ACCESS

Your badge grants you access to the ALL 3 days, including Sync Con panels, workshops, breakout sessions, opening party and more (as shown on schedule).

*Only VIP Ticket holders would be allowed access to VIP designated areas, workshops and sessions. Terms apply.

* Wristbands would be provided to attendees at the Sync Welcome Party (Dec 6) granting access to the Party. No badge is necessary.

*Registration is required to gain access to ANY of the days and events. No exception.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

You will receive a confirmation email from eventbrite once your order has been completed. You would also receive an email directly from Sync Con confirming your registration. If you do not receive an email from eventbrite, be sure to check in your spam folder. If you do not receive an email from Sync Con, be sure to check in your spam folder as well. Otherwise, send an email directly to info@sync-con.com with order screenshot, name on order, and order number.

All international orders will be held at the Will Call/Check In counters. Please be sure to bring your order confirmation email and a photo ID / passport for proof of purchase.

I bought the Student/Military Ticket

We’ve instructed to purchase these tickets with your student email address.For those that didn’t we’ve sent you an email asking to provide a copy of your student ID/Military ID (as applicable) to show validity and qualification to purchase such tickets. If none was provided, you’ll be required to show a VALID student ID/Military ID during check in. Otherwise, attendee would need to pay ticket price difference between purchased ticket and General priced ticket to gain entrance to conference. No exception.

WILL CALL/Badge Pick Up

If you bought your ticket online via the Sync Con designated ticket sites  (www.sync-con.com and eventbrite) you will be given to  your badge(s) at Will Call/check in desk.

How do i pick up my badge?

Please be sure to bring your order confirmation email and a photo ID / passport to event. Badges shall be given during check in

Can i Register or Purchase a Ticket for Someone Else?

Yes.

Email confirmations go out with every purchase and asking to confirm attendee name and contact information. If a ticket is purchased on your behalf and your name is different from the name on the purchased ticket, have the purchaser send us an email and provide us with your name as the attendee. You’ll also need to provide the ticket confirmation sent to the Purchaser during check in. No Exception.

TIP: Having trouble finding your order confirmation email from Eventbrite? Make sure to check your spam or junk folder, or search for an email from Orders@Eventbrite.com.

Replacement Badges

Please keep your badges on (worn) at all times!

If you have misplaced your badges,  you will be charged the full ticket price for a replacement.

What do I do if my badge is lost or stolen?

If you believe your badge was lost or stolen, you can deactivate your original badge by contacting Sync Con directly at info@sync-con.com or call 323 765 4811

IMPORTANT

TICKETS

  • Only purchase Sync Con Hollywood 2019 tickets from the official ticketing pages (www.sync-con.com and eventbrite)  If you purchase from another source, you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid ticket. Sync Con is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources.

FAQ

  • Access to Sync Con  is subject to compliance with our Code of Conduct and our Ticket Terms and Conditions.
  • Age Restrictions: All attendees need a ticket to enter Sync Con. Please note, Sync Con Management recommends all individuals under the age of 18 attend with a parent or legal guardian. All individuals under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times at Sync Con.
  • Companions for those that require medical assistance need to buy a ticket. If your companion will be provided by a company, please email us at info@sync-con.com so that we can help you make arrangements.
  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Sync Con is a rain or shine event. The Guest & Artist lineup is subject to change.
